Boss typing ≠ party typing
Dark King Clipexor is a Dark boss. Playable Clipdow / Cliphas / Clipexor are listed as Normal on community dex sheets (and on ours). Do not build the party mon as if it keeps the boss’s Dark typing — that mismatch is the #1 trap after the clear.
On the Type Chart, Normal takes 2× from Fighting and resists Psychic / Dark (0.5×) in the public chart. Gamezebo’s Clipdow guide uses the same matchup framing for when to slot the line.
Bring Fighting answers when you fight the line
Astraknight / Pummash-class Fighting checks Normal. For the Dark King clear itself, community write-ups lean Bug/Poison (Chitaladin) or Ground/Grass sustain (Thordlord) — verify moves and levels in your client before spending premium balls.
