Evomon Auto Hunt & AFK Guide – How to Farm While Idle

How to use Evomon Auto Hunt for AFK farming: avatar ball menu, pick a same-island target, set balls, Start (~5s). XP without auto-catch — YouTube-grounded.

Quick answer

Evomon AFK in Season 2 is mainly the official Auto Hunt feature — not a separate item. Creators (AccelToWin, Rubenakayoshii, MeetAllAtOnce, Rexon): stand on the island you want → open your avatar / profile → Evomon ball menu → select a target Evomon on that island → choose balls for normal / shiny / prismatic (or don’t catch) → Start. Hunts roll about every 5 seconds while you stand still. Turn auto-catch off if you only want XP / release fodder. Idle kick (~20 minutes in one creator report) turns Auto Hunt off — check back.

What “evomon afk” means now

Searchers typing evomon afk usually want idle XP, shiny volume, or egg rolls without clicking every fight. Before Season 2, community clips (yao / Purp) showed PC movement-lock tricks (hold move + open chat so the character keeps walking). Season 2 added an official Auto Hunt loop — Rexon calls out that built-in auto is nicer than relying on macros.

This page prioritizes Auto Hunt (in-game). We do not teach TinyTask / auto-clicker setups — those appear in some AFK YouTube videos but sit outside official UI and can break ToS or kick behavior.

How to turn on Auto Hunt

AccelToWin’s how-to: click your avatar, open the ball button, pick the Evomon you want to farm (must be on the same island), set which ball to use, then Start — the game auto-farms encounters for you.

Rubenakayoshii’s complete Auto Farm walkthrough matches that path: find the spawn area first, put a team that can one-shot the target, open profile → Evomon ball, select the target while close enough to those wilds, configure catch options, press Start, wait about five seconds, then battles repeat automatically with your chosen ball.

MeetAllAtOnce’s Auto Hunt short: same ball menu, pick the species (his example: Lavite / Lavarock area), set ball preferences, Start — countdown 5 seconds, then fully AFK until you stop it.

  • Location first — be on the island / pocket where the target spawns (AccelToWin / Rubenakayoshii).
  • Open Auto Hunt — avatar / profile → Evomon ball icon.
  • Select target — same-island wild; creators note you may need to stand near the spawn cluster to lock the species.
  • Ball rows — assign balls (or no-catch) for normal / shiny / prismatic (and SSS options if shown).
  • Start — ~5 second delay, then idle encounters while you stand still (Rexon: about one hunt every 5 seconds).

Rexon’s Season 2 demo

In his return video he enables Auto Hunt, stands still, and watches encounters every ~5 seconds with ball picks for normal / prismatic / shiny filters. Same feature Season 2 marketing lists next to Guilds — details also on the Season 2 guide.

Best Auto Hunt settings (creator recommendations)

MeetAllAtOnce’s suggested ball row (his words — adjust to your stock): normal ball for normal catches (save currency), prismatic ball when you want prismatic on shinies, king ball for prismatic+shiny targets. He also experiments with cheaper balls on some rows — confirm live UI labels.

Rubenakayoshii shows per-row ball picks (normal / prismatic / shiny / SSS) and stresses you can set a row to not catch at all. Rexon turns auto-catch off on purpose to farm levels and release non-keepers (ascension Triple-S fodder) without filling boxes.

  • Shiny hunt AFK — keep catch on; creators expect the loop to pause or surface shinies when auto-catch hits a shiny (Purp notes auto-catch can stop so you return to a shiny on screen — verify in your build).
  • XP / AFK levels — disable catch (Rexon / Rubenakayoshii) so fights resolve without inventory spam.
  • Pity awareness — Rubenakayoshii warns auto-catch can snag the next prismatic when you were holding pity at 149/150 — pause Auto Hunt near pity breakpoints if that matters to you.

AFK limits and common mistakes

Rubenakayoshii recommends Auto Hunt for roughly 5–10 minute AFK stretches: after about 20 minutes idle, Roblox can kick/rejoin and Auto Hunt will not stay on. Check back on longer farms.

Carry must actually clear the target — put a strong mon in the active party before Start (Rubenakayoshii). Wrong island or too far from the species cluster → you cannot lock the target.

  • Don’t expect overnight unattended Auto Hunt without kicks (creator report).
  • Do restock balls and clear box space before long catch AFK.
  • Do pair shiny AFK with shiny egg / pity rules — Auto Hunt does not publish drop rates.

Legacy AFK (pre–Auto Hunt)

yao’s “fully AFK, no TinyTask” clip and Purp’s AFK methods video show PC hold-direction + open-chat movement locks with auto-fight / auto-catch. Prefer Auto Hunt when available; we won’t document third-party macro software here.

FAQ

How do you AFK farm in Evomon?
Use Season 2 Auto Hunt: avatar → Evomon ball → pick a same-island target → set balls or no-catch → Start. Encounters roll about every 5 seconds while you stand still (AccelToWin / Rexon / Rubenakayoshii).
How do you use Auto Hunt in Evomon?
Stand on the target island, open your profile/avatar ball menu, select the wild Evomon nearby, choose ball rows, press Start, wait ~5 seconds. Same island required.
Can Auto Hunt farm levels without catching?
Yes. Rexon and Rubenakayoshii show disabling catch / auto-catch so fights still run for XP and release fodder without filling inventory.
Does Auto Hunt work while fully AFK overnight?
Not reliably. Rubenakayoshii notes ~20 minutes of idle can kick you and clear Auto Hunt — use shorter AFK windows or check back.
What balls should you set for Auto Hunt?
Creator suggestion (MeetAllAtOnce): cheaper balls for normal rows, Prismatic/King on shiny or prismatic rows if you can afford them. Always match your stock and live UI.
Is Auto Hunt the same as TinyTask macros?
No. Auto Hunt is an in-game Season 2 feature. Third-party macros appear in some AFK videos; this guide only documents the official Auto Hunt UI.
