How to Get Humding Evomon — Silent Sands Bug Line

Catch Humding on Silent Sands, evolve Flutterby → Twirlby, and what ImSoaren’s hunt video shows about Humding eggs. Dex farm, not a first stone dump.

Quick answer

Humding is a Silent Sands Bug wild (~Lv 96–105 on our map sheet). Evolve Humding → Flutterby → Twirlby. IGN’s Evomon dex checklist puts the whole line on Silent Sands and labels Twirlby as Bug / Flying. ImSoaren’s shiny-hunt video shows a Humding egg (and shiny Humding’s egg) as a catch-drop example — you get eggs by catching, not KO-and-run. Community C-tier lists treat this as a dex/filler line; fund stones only if you want Twirlby. Stone numbers on third-party sheets are unverified in-client — check Evolve UI.

Humding line at a glance

Dex order is #013 Humding → #014 Flutterby → #015 Twirlby. Humding and Flutterby are Bug on our sheets; Twirlby is the Bug / Flying final (community combat data: Attack 97 / Speed 100).

Do not mix this up with the Homding / Mothbun / Starlu C-tier row on our tier list — that is a different naming cluster. This post is the Silent Sands Humding Bug line.

Where to catch Humding

Our map zones chart lists Humding and Flutterby as Silent Sands wilds in the Lv 96–105 band (island band 90–105), next to Tinkog / Tinkore Steel spawns. IGN’s Evomon Dex Checklist independently puts Humding, Flutterby, and Twirlby on Silent Sands.

We did not find a dedicated Humding location YouTube or TikTok the way Bluebird has a vine-path video. Treat the in-game Silent Sands wild list + those checklists as the locate answer.

Flying-mount shorts vs Twirlby

A generic “How to Get a Flying Mount in Evomon” short tells you to catch a flying Bug on Silent Sands. That matches Twirlby’s dual typing on IGN — it does not name Humding, and we will not pretend it does. Catch the line on Silent Sands; confirm Flying on your evolved Twirlby in-client.

Humding eggs (YouTube-grounded)

In The BEST Shiny Hunting Guide in Roblox Evomon, ImSoaren shows the post-catch inventory and names Humding egg next to Frostlet egg as examples of eggs you get when you catch a species. He also shows the shiny variant label shiny Humding’s egg. That is a real UI example, not a Humding-only drop rate.

Same video: eggs hatch S talent in his experience; he has not hatched Triple-S from an egg and asks chat to correct him. We keep that as community, unverified %. Catch-loop rules (and Prismatic Ball hatch tricks) stay on How to Get Eggs and the Shiny Egg Guide — this page only records that Humding is one of the species ImSoaren used on camera.

Not a boss-without-pity species

ImSoaren’s “no field shiny pity / shiny egg only” warning is for King of Flying and Thunder Cliffs boss lines. Do not copy that onto Humding. Humding is a Silent Sands wild with a named egg example.

Should you evolve into Twirlby?

Line is consistent across community dexes (our combat file, IGN checklist, evomon.org monster wiki): Humding → Flutterby → Twirlby. Third-party GCZ evolution cards report Lv 35 + 10 Evolution / 6 Bug / 6 Flying into Flutterby, then Lv 90 + 30 Evolution / 15 Bug / 15 Flying into Twirlby. Those numbers are not official. Open Evolve and spend only what your client lists.

Our tier list parks early Bug/filler lines in C. Flutterby’s mid stats (Speed 74 on our sheet) are enough to live on Silent Sands; the payoff is Twirlby’s dual typing. Bug beats Grass/Psychic on our type chart; Fire / Flying / Rock hit Bug, and Twirlby’s Flying also eats Electric/Rock/Ice. Fund this line if you want the dex + a Bug/Flying flyer; skip stones if Tinkore or later carries still need materials.

  • Catch Humding on Silent Sands (~Lv 96–105) for dex and egg luck.
  • Evolve only a keeper Talent copy toward Twirlby.
  • Do not invent stone costs — GCZ is a labeled third-party lead.
